When a young couple abducts Alisha, she is forced to consider the possibility that she may not be who she thinks she is. Upcoming Award-winning director Evan Richards (“In A Day”) deftly unravels a Hitchcockian-style thriller presented in reverse chronology that keeps the audience guessing until the final frame.

 

With special appearances from classic actress Diana Darrin (1950s “The Three Stooges”, “The Incredible Shrinking Man”, The Broken Land starring Diana Darrin and Jack Nicholson) and Charles Fleischer (“Zodiac”, “Who Framed Roger Rabbit”).

 

Cinematography for the film is by Ryan Jackson-Healy who’s current film ”Mass” premiered last year at the Sundance FIlm Festival and was nominated for a Spirit Award. The original score is by burgeoning composer Sterling Maffe who interned and was mentored by multi-award winning composer Hans Zimmer.

Wrote and Directed the feature film "In a Day" released by IFC Films, theatrical release, sold to numerous territories worldwide including Netflix. "In a Day" is currently streaming on AMC+ / IFC+.

Evan's short films "Woman X" (writer / director) and "Cloud Nine" (writer / actor) were sold to HBO and Starz and to other broadcasters worldwide. Woman X was shortlisted for a BAFTA nomination.

Evan's short film, a horror comedy creature thriller There's a Monster Behind You is currently playing on ShortsTV and Amazon Prime and has won and or was nominated for various awards on the festival circuit, having premiered at Telluride Horror Show Film Festival. His other recent short film Two People, One Ring also played numerous film festivals and was nominated for various awards and recently had an Australian premiere at the Sydney Underground Film Festival. Two People, One Ring was also an Editor's Pick on ShortsTV.

His current new short film, a drama with humor The Scenario recently premiered at the 25th Dances With Films Film Festival and is playing the festival circuit.

Evan has directed numerous music videos as well, including a whimsical animated lyric video for the Oscar nominated song "Lost Stars".
