Octavian Kaul is a 19-year-old filmmaker, actor and pioneer of worm-adjacent-cinema from Victoria, BC in Canada. Since kindergarten, Octavian has been obsessed with genre cinema, and in the past few years, he's written, directed, and edited short films that have been screened and awarded at festivals around the world. Currently, he lives in Los Angeles where he’s enrolled in the film program at the University of Southern California.
